Clear expectations
Privacy, consent, and service terms should be understandable.
Our formal agreements are provided and signed before the activities they govern. This page summarizes the framework; signed documents control when terms differ.
Privacy
We collect information provided through conversations, forms, scheduling, and service delivery. Access is limited to legitimate business purposes, service operation, security, and legal obligations. Retention and deletion requirements are defined by the applicable agreement and service configuration.
Recording, AI & prototypes
Recording, transcription, artificial intelligence, automated systems, and local or third-party providers are used only under the applicable authorization. They may assist with analysis, research, design, content, software development, prototypes, and service delivery.
Private previews
Pre-production websites and prototypes are private evaluation environments. They may not be published or represented as production systems until launch approval, payment, and the required domain and service authorizations are complete.
Subscriptions & third-party costs
Recurring services, plan inclusions, cancellation terms, usage limits, and payment authorization are defined in the Service Order. Website hosting up to the stated allowance is included; additional infrastructure or third-party costs require review.
Content & intellectual property
Customers must have permission to provide and use submitted content. Ownership, licenses, pre-existing materials, reusable platform components, and deliverables are defined in the governing agreements.
Security & acceptable use
Services must not be used unlawfully, deceptively, or to harm others. Access controls, MFA, least privilege, audit history, and approval gates are applied according to the system and data involved.
